My initial plan was to just be active enough to run around the block on a sunny afternoon. That quickly changed to completing two 5K races and one 10K. Looking to run a full marathon one day, until then, the training never stops.

As a self proclaimed foodie, you will usually find me scouring the web or sifting through my collection of cookbooks for inspiration for my next recipe! I love trying new things and testing them out on my poor husband!
